Privacy and trust
Your profile is not a public listing or an employer search result. Employer access begins only for a specific role, after you have reviewed the opportunity and chosen to share through RoleInvite.
Candidate visibility
Before you choose Interested
No identity, profile, contact details, or resume is shown to the employer.
After explicit job-specific consent
Employer access is limited to the company, role, and agreed profile context covered by that consent.
After consent is withdrawn
Future access through RoleInvite is revoked while minimal audit-safe history remains.
Visibility by stage
Employer visibility begins only after a candidate action and remains limited to the purpose of one hiring process.
Your information is private while RoleInvite checks readiness and matching eligibility.
You see the role, company context, terms, evidence, and unknowns before sharing yourself.
You choose contact methods and grant consent for this employer and this job.
Future profile and resume access through RoleInvite stops. A minimal, audit-safe process history remains.
Fair matching boundaries
RoleInvite compares the role with traceable professional context and candidate preferences. It does not use unrelated personal characteristics or prestige signals to rank candidates.

Matching does not rank by
Unknown information is not silently converted into a failure.
Missing structured information remains visible and provisional. Delivery still requires current candidate and job eligibility, compatible hard preferences, a sufficient professional score, invitation-limit availability, and an open employer review slot.
Candidate controls
Candidates can change matching availability, manage company visibility, inspect past shares, and exercise data rights from the privacy area.
Stop new matching and RoleInvite delivery without deleting the professional profile.
Prevent a selected company from receiving a future introduction.
See which employer and role received a profile, which version was shared, and when consent was granted.
Revoke an active job-specific share and stop future employer access through RoleInvite.
Ask for data correction or receive a private portable copy of personal data.
Begin a controlled deletion process that pauses matching and revokes active sharing first.
Documents and access
Candidate documents remain in private storage. Access through RoleInvite is short-lived and authorized for a specific submission; future downloads are blocked when consent is no longer valid.
Resume files are not exposed through a general public or permanent download address.
After job-specific consent, an authorized employer receives a short-lived link for that submission.
Expired, revoked, unsigned, or cross-account document requests are rejected.
Sharing, consent withdrawal, profile versions, and important access decisions are recorded.
Plain answers
Deterministic eligibility, consent, capacity, and workflow rules remain separate from AI assistance and employer hiring decisions.
No. Employers cannot browse candidates or view a profile before the candidate accepts a specific RoleInvite and grants sharing consent.
No. AI may assist with extraction or explanation wording, but it cannot override eligibility, Required conditions, consent, invitation limits, capacity, deadlines, or status rules.
No. A normal decline does not reduce professional ranking. A candidate may also hide a company or report an incorrect match.
No. Withdrawing consent blocks future employer access through RoleInvite but does not erase the process history. If the candidate separately requests deletion, redacted audit facts may remain, and a valid legal hold can delay erasure.
