RoleInvite

For employers

Start with the role.
Not an overflowing inbox.

Define the skills, experience, salary, location, and work terms that actually matter. RoleInvite checks them against candidate evidence and preferences first, then submits only strong matches who want to speak with you.

Approved employers begin with free Launch Access. Optional Growth access provides higher limits. No payment details are required to create an account.

Skills and requirements checked first Only interested candidates submitted Every submitted candidate gets an outcome

You control the size of the shortlist. Choose how many candidates your team can genuinely review, and RoleInvite keeps every candidate round within that limit.

The employer problem

More applications do not create a better shortlist.

Large application queues consume review time, hide suitable candidates, and reveal basic incompatibilities too late. Resume keywords replace real evidence, while unanswered candidates lose trust in the employer.

What high-volume hiring creates

A larger queue with less useful signal

Signal degraded
  • Irrelevant profiles

    Consume the team’s review time

  • Late incompatibility

Pay, location, and work model conflict

  • Missed candidates

Strong people disappear inside the queue

  • Candidate silence

No update and no clear outcome

RoleInvite checks relevance before a profile enters your review queue.

A relevance-first hiring flow

Define once. Meet stronger matches.

Candidate flow is filtered by real requirements and mutual preferences before anyone is submitted, so your team reviews fewer people with clearer reasons.

  1. 01

    Define the actual role

Record the required skills, experience, salary, location, work model, employment terms, and interview process.

  2. 02

    Match skills and preferences

RoleInvite checks must-have conditions against candidate evidence, then confirms that the job works for the candidate too.

  3. 03

    Invite within your capacity

Choose how many people your team can genuinely review. Invitations go to the strongest eligible matches within that limit.

  4. 04

    Review interested candidates

Only candidates who choose the role are submitted. Keep their status current and close every submission with an outcome.

Start with reality

Better matches start with an honest role definition.

RoleInvite cannot identify the right people from a vague job description. Employers confirm the actual skills, experience, responsibilities, compensation, location, and work terms before matching begins.

Must-have

A requirement the job genuinely needs

A confirmed mismatch makes the candidate ineligible. Use this only for skills or conditions the role cannot work without.

Preferred

Helpful experience, not a hidden gate

Helpful evidence can improve relevance, but it never silently excludes an otherwise qualified candidate.

A complete role records what matching needs—and what candidates need to decide.

  • Required skills and acceptable evidence
  • Relevant experience and responsibilities
  • Compensation range and basis
  • Work model and location
  • Employment type and notice expectations
  • Preferred experience
  • Interview stages and hiring contact
  • Role availability and hiring timeline

Controlled candidate rounds

A focused shortlist your team can actually review.

Matching happens first. RoleInvite then invites only as many qualified candidates as your team has capacity to review. Candidates who decline release their place; candidates who are interested become visible submissions.

Who is invited

Candidates whose evidence meets the role requirements and whose job preferences align.

Who reaches you

Only matched candidates who review the opportunity and choose to continue.

Why capacity matters

Every live invitation reserves a genuine place in your review queue.

What unlocks another round

Complete current reviews, resolve overdue decisions, and confirm that the role is still active.

No candidate silence

Every submitted candidate gets an answer.

When a candidate chooses your role, the review clock begins. Keep their status current and close the process with an outcome. Overdue decisions can pause new candidate rounds until the existing candidates are addressed.

Employer FAQ

Before you open a role.

The operating rules that keep candidate flow useful for both sides.

How does RoleInvite decide who matches?

RoleInvite first checks the role’s must-have skills and conditions against confirmed candidate evidence. It then checks salary, location, work model, employment type, and other candidate preferences before ranking eligible matches.

What happens when evidence is missing?

Missing evidence is shown as unknown. It is not treated as a failure unless a required condition is explicitly confirmed as unmet.

Will we still receive a large application queue?

No. You declare how many people your team can review, and invitations cannot exceed the available review capacity.

Do candidates choose whether to proceed?

Yes. Candidates see the opportunity and its match reasons first. Only interested candidates are submitted.

Can we use an existing job description?

Yes. You can paste or upload a job description, or build the role directly. Any extracted suggestions remain drafts until the employer confirms the structured values.

Can RoleInvite relax a must-have when supply is low?

No. Candidate availability, employer capacity, or limited supply never lowers a must-have condition just to fill a round.

What happens if job terms change?

Candidate-facing and matching terms are locked while a Role is active. Pause the Role, make the changes, and reactivate it after validation.

What happens if reviews become overdue?

The employer must resolve the outstanding review. New matching, invitation delivery, or later rounds may be restricted until overdue obligations are cleared.

What must happen before a job can go live?

The employer must complete company and email checks, receive administrator approval, and accept RoleInvite’s review and outcome rules.

Can we search or export the candidate database?

No. Employers receive only candidates who matched a specific role and chose to be considered for it.

Which role categories can we open?

Employers can currently open Software Engineering and Quality Engineering roles. Additional professional categories will open only when their structured requirements and review rules are ready.
