About RoleInvite

Built from a problem
I could not ignore.

Job searching asks people to repeat the same work, wait without visibility, and accept silence as a normal outcome. RoleInvite began with a belief that hiring can respect the time people put into it.

Why I built it

The application loop felt fundamentally wrong.

I built RoleInvite after experiencing how much time candidates lose repeating applications, waiting without updates, and applying without knowing whether a role is genuinely aligned. The process often asks for effort first and considers suitability later.

Employers face the other side of the same problem: too many applications and too little reliable context. Strong candidates can disappear inside the volume, while hiring teams struggle to give every person a thoughtful review and a clear answer.

I kept returning to one question: what if the match happened before the application?

RoleInvite is my answer. Candidates create one reusable professional profile. Employers define the role they actually need. Skills, experience, work terms, and preferences are checked before an invitation is sent. The candidate chooses whether to be introduced, and every submitted candidate should receive an outcome.

What guides the product

Respect should be part of the hiring workflow.

Match before effort

Check the role, evidence, and preferences before asking a candidate to enter another hiring process.

Consent before sharing

A candidate decides whether a specific opportunity is worth an introduction before an employer sees the profile.

Capacity before volume

Employers should invite only as many people as they can genuinely review within a clear timeline.

An outcome for everyone

Once a candidate moves forward, the process should end with a visible decision rather than silence.

Independently built

Built carefully, with a long-term purpose.

RoleInvite is independently built and personally funded, without outside funding. I am building it carefully around the needs of candidates and responsible employers—not application volume for its own sake.

Candidate access will always be available without a paid plan. Approved employers can begin with free Launch Access, with optional Growth access for higher limits. The principles of candidate control, private profiles, accountable review, and clear outcomes are intended to remain central as RoleInvite grows.
