The candidate problem

Job hunting should not be a full-time job.

The current system rewards application volume instead of candidate suitability. Hours of repetitive work often end in uncertainty and silence.

The application treadmill

Time spent, little signal
  1. 01

    Search through hundreds of listings

  2. 02

Re-enter the same information for every application

  3. 03

Apply without knowing whether the role really fits

  4. 04

Compete inside anonymous, overcrowded applicant queues

  5. 05

Wait without review confirmation or a clear outcome

One reusable profile

Stop entering the same professional history for every role.

Strong matches first

Skills and job requirements are checked before an invitation.

A visible outcome

Every submitted candidate receives status updates and closure.

How it works

One profile. Skills matched first.

RoleInvite checks the job’s required skills against the skills in your profile before any invitation process begins. Your preferences, invitation limits, and the employer’s review capacity are checked after the skills match.

Before a RoleInvite is sent, we check:

Required skills match your profile

Your job preferences align

The employer is ready to review you

RoleInvites depend on suitable roles and available employer review places, so the number you receive will vary.

Your skills, kept current

Matched on the skills you have—not extra paperwork.

Choose the skills you have and keep their experience and current-use details up to date. RoleInvite compares your saved skills with each role’s requirements.

Add the skills you have

Choose tools, languages, testing practices, and leadership capabilities from the skill library.

Keep details current

Update your experience and whether you use a skill now whenever your work changes.

Your non-negotiables

Salary, location, work model, employment type, notice period, and authorization are checked before an invitation.

When you are open to roles

Choose whether you are actively looking, open to strong roles, passive but open, or unavailable.

A real place in the review queue

No more disappearing into an applicant queue.

Every RoleInvite reserves real employer review capacity. If you choose Interested, your profile enters a controlled review round—not an unlimited application pile—and the employer must keep your status updated through a final outcome.

Candidate FAQ

Know what happens before you begin.

Straight answers about matching, invitations, employer review, and outcomes.

How does RoleInvite decide which roles reach me?

First, the role’s required skills and any experience conditions are checked against the skills in your profile. Then your preferences, availability, invitation limits, and the employer’s review capacity are checked.

Do I still need to search and apply to jobs?

Not on RoleInvite. You create and maintain one profile. When a strong match passes the required checks, RoleInvite sends you an invitation instead of asking you to complete another application.

Does a RoleInvite guarantee an interview or job?

No. It means the role passed the initial matching checks and the employer has reserved review capacity. The employer still makes the interview and hiring decisions.

What happens after I choose Interested?

You confirm the role terms and which contact details to share. Your profile then enters the employer’s controlled review round, and your status remains visible through an outcome.

Will I know whether the employer reviewed me?

Yes. Once submitted, you receive visible status updates and a final outcome instead of being left without closure.

How many invitations can I receive?

The current limits are one new RoleInvite per day, three per calendar week, eight per calendar month, and no more than two unanswered live invitations. These limits protect your attention.

What if I am not interested?

Decline freely, mark yourself unavailable, report an incorrect match, or hide that company. Declining a role does not hurt your future matches.

Does missing information count against me?

Missing optional details do not automatically rule you out. If an employer requires a particular skill, experience level, or recent use, those details must be present in your profile for that requirement to match.

Can I pause matching or remove my data?

Yes. You can pause matching, hide specific employers, inspect and withdraw job shares, and request correction, export, or deletion from your privacy controls.

Which roles are available?

RoleInvite currently supports Software Engineering and Quality Engineering roles. Additional professional categories will open only when their structured matching and review rules are ready.
